Two Spacious Self-Catering Gîtes in the Dordogne

• Minimum age: 18+
• Occupancy: max 2 guests per gîte
• Extra guest: Possibility in l'Un to accommodate a third adult (sofabed in the lounge). Price for the third adult on request
• Peak season: From 27 June to 5 September a minimum stay of 7 nights is (generally) required.
• Off-peak: minimum stay 3 nights
• Arrival: from 16:00
• Departure: before 10:00
• Pets: not allowed
• Deposit: 50% on booking, balance due 30 days before arrival

• Payments
  • 50% deposit at the time of booking
  • Remaining 50% must be in our bank account at least 30 days before arrival
  • Bookings made within 30 days of arrival: full amount due within 24 hours
  • If payments are not received in time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation

• Cancellation fees
  • More than 90 days before arrival: 0% (full refund of amount paid)
  • Between 90 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of total reservation amount
  • Less than 30 days, no-show, or early departure: 100% of total reservation amount

  Re-letting policy
  If you cancel, we will do our best to re-let the accommodation.

  • If we re-let for the same period at the same price, we will refund the full amount paid.
  • If re-let for a shorter period or lower price, we refund the amount paid minus the income from the new booking.

  We recommend that you take out a travel and cancellation insurance

• A security deposit of €400 is required.
  • To be paid on arrival or by bank transfer a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival
  • If there are no breakages:
    • Cash deposits are returned on departure
    • Bank transfers are returned within 1 week after departure
